
About Dr. Ashwin: Bridging Science and Ancient Wisdom for a Healthier Life
Dr. Ashwin is a yoga and mindfulness teacher committed to helping individuals cultivate calmness, resilience, and vitality. Since founding YogicPrana in 2019, he has guided participants of all ages across the United States in yoga, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness practices, both in-person and online. His sessions have supported organizations such as the HI USA, Alzheimer’s Association, Miami Dade College, FDA and community wellness groups.

He is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance and holds certifications in Mindfulness Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Anxiety and Stress Management Coaching. Blending traditional yogic wisdom with modern needs, Dr. Ashwin strives to make evidence-based yoga and mindfulness accessible to diverse communities.

Through YogicPrana, his mission is to guide individuals toward a happy, calm, energetic, and blissful life, drawing on both ancient teachings and contemporary scientific understanding.
